Delete your Apex Mechs Battle account

Developer: BearBob Studio. This page explains how to delete your player account and all data linked to it.

Option 1. In the game (instant)

1. Open the game and tap your profile (the avatar in the top-left corner of the main screen).
2. Tap the red button with the exclamation mark (warning triangle) at the bottom of the profile window.
3. The "Start over?" window opens. After 3 seconds the "Delete" button becomes active. Tap it.
4. The game closes. On the next launch you start from the tutorial as a new player.

Option 2. By email

If you uninstalled the game or cannot sign in, email [email protected] with the subject "Account deletion" and include:

• your in-game nickname;
• your Player ID (shown in the profile, "Copy ID" button), if you still have it;
• the Google account you used to sign in with Google Play Games.

We delete the account within 14 days and confirm by email.

What is deleted

• Your player account (Firebase identifier and the Google Play Games link).
• Cloud save: progress, resources, perks, settings.
• Nickname, avatar, rating and leaderboard position.
• Local saves on the device (when deleting from inside the game).

What is kept

• Anonymous analytics and crash reports that are not tied to the account.
• Purchase records in Google Play (held by Google). One-time purchases such as the Support Pack are restored automatically when you sign in with the same Google account again.

Deletion is permanent. Progress cannot be recovered after deletion.

Способ 1. В игре (мгновенно)

1. Откройте игру и нажмите на свой профиль (аватар в левом верхнем углу главного экрана).
2. Нажмите красную кнопку с восклицательным знаком (треугольник) внизу окна профиля.
3. Откроется окно «Начать с нуля?». Через 3 секунды станет активна кнопка «Удалить». Нажмите её.
4. Игра закроется. При следующем запуске вы начнёте с обучения как новый игрок.

Способ 2. По почте

Если вы удалили игру или не можете войти, напишите на [email protected] с темой «Удаление аккаунта» и укажите:

• ваш игровой ник;
• Player ID (виден в профиле, кнопка «Копировать ID»), если он у вас сохранился;
• адрес Google-аккаунта, которым входили через Google Play Games.

Мы удалим аккаунт в течение 14 дней и ответим письмом.

Что удаляется

• Учётная запись игрока (идентификатор Firebase, привязка к Google Play Games).
• Облачное сохранение: прогресс, ресурсы, перки, настройки.
• Ник, аватар, рейтинг и место в таблице лидеров.
• Локальные сохранения на устройстве (при удалении из игры).

Что сохраняется

• Обезличенная аналитика и отчёты о сбоях, не связанные с аккаунтом.
• Записи о покупках в Google Play (хранит Google). Разовые покупки, например Support Pack, восстанавливаются автоматически при повторном входе в тот же Google-аккаунт.

Удаление необратимо. Восстановить прогресс после удаления невозможно.
